I have the honour to write a few sentences.

Brent came recommended to us by a local builder. I could sense his enthusiasm for our project at our first phone conversation. This impression strengthened at our first meeting in person.

The brief was to design a new home, with high levels of thermal performance and a strong emphasis on sustainability without compromising on aesthetics.

We decided on a wonderful design and he managed the complex DA approval process and the issue of the Construction Certificate. Although this was the job we asked him to do, which he did in the most professional manner, it was the journey with him, which makes him an incredibly wonderful person to work with! Apart from doing his job in the most reliable, professional manner, it was his kind, warm, clever and funny personality, which helped us so much going through some difficult and challenging situations due to outside factors which had nothing to do with him.

 

We felt supported and understood by him in any of these situations. I felt so many times that he went far beyond doing a good professional job.

 

The house is currently under construction and I’m sure our relationship and this great experience with him will continue to the finish of the project and hopefully beyond…
